About Me
I am a qualified integrative counsellor with postgraduate qualifications in counselling. I hold a Masters of Science degree in Psychology and Post-Graduate Diploma in Existential Psychology and Psychotherapy.
I am registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to their ethical codes and standards of practice. I hold a full professional insurance and a current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate.
I came to counselling and psychotherapy through my own search for answers to fundamental questions such as ‘who am I’ and ‘who am I in relation to others in the world’? By embracing the therapeutic process and working through the challenging aspects of my life I experienced how transformative and empowering the psychotherapeutic journey could be. I am committed to being non-judgmental, compassionate, empathic, and honest with my clients. I hope to continue to learn from and to grow with each unique clients’ experience.

Before becoming a counsellor, I worked for over twenty years in the healthcare sector as a healthcare professional. I conducted all my counselling and psychotherapy training by volunteering in various private and public organisations settings; GP surgeries, Hospices, and Charities.
I welcome people from all walks of life regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, culture, disability, nationality, religion, social status.

IssuesI worked with include (but are not limited to): Physical, emotional abuses, Anger, Bereavement/Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Gender identity, Relationship issues, Self-esteem, Sexual identity. Shame, Stress.
